My new apartment: Part I (unfurnished)

Posted December 16th, 2008 by Conrad

Here are some pictures of the new place. It’s a gated community, called The Preserve, with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, 24 hour gym, tanning salon (it’s really just a tanning bed). It has a club house where they have different kinds of coffee and and tea, a theater room, a sitting area, and computers and a printer. It’s a pretty nice place. They also bake cookies every morning for the residents. I get up too early to get any of them though. It’s just under a 30 mile drive to work which doesn’t take very long at six in the morning. However the drive home can be a bit hectic, but not as bad as Long Island. Everybody told me to live in this part of Beaumont, and there weren’t a lot of options so I ended up here. My apartment is roomy and nice, and it faces the pool. It also faces south which means I get sun all day. Anyway take a look. Furnished pictures will be coming later this week. I also included a video walk through of the place.

Looks nice:) The best thing is that you can use your pool all year round…

Well actually it’s quite cold here right now. Fortuneately there is a heated jacuzzi which we can use all year round. But yeah, the pool is open year round and can be used for most of it.
