I accidently got into work early today (6:08am). I think that is the first time that has ever happened to me, or anyone I know for that matter. I spent most of the day working in the field in the rain, wind, and in 40 degrees (It was 70 yesterday!). It was cold, but it was great. I actually had a lot of fun with it. It was very fulfilling to put my mind to work on a problem for nearly a full day. Unfortunately though, I won’t be able to post any pictures of work because of security issues, and I disclosed to humar resources the existence and content of my site. I’ll also have to be careful about what I write.

that happened to me once this past summer. i didn’t have an alarm clock, and i had to get up work early. i was still jet-lagged, so my sense of time was messed up. i got up and caught the bus, thinking i was incredibly late to work. i got there, and the entire city was deserted. i thought there had been a terrorist threat or evacuation. i sat there for about an hour and a half, until one of the girls came and told me it was 7:30, and i had arrived around 6. we didn’t start work until 9.
