In a discussion about the morality and the role of the president last week, one coworker told me impressed me with his intimate knowledge of former president Bill Clinton. He said that the reason there was an attempt to impeach him and the reason he should have been impeached was that he committed sexual acts with Monica Lewinski while in the oval office, on the phone conducting official white house business. I of course thought I had misunderstood this guy so I asked for clarification. He said that had Clinton been say in a hotel, or on the phone to his mom, there would have never been grounds for an impeachment.
